Italy

Italy is for everyone

Aah Italy… so much to say about this beautiful destination!

The Sistine Chapel is full of amazing art that's accessible to everyone Italy, commanding a long Mediterranean coastline, has left a powerful mark on Western culture and cuisine.  Its capital, Rome, is home to the Vatican as well as landmark art and ancient ruins.  Other major cities include Florence, with Renaissance treasures such as Michelangelo’s “David” and its leather and paper artisans; Venice, the sinking city of canals; and Milan, Italy’s fashion capital.

Italy is an extraordinary feast of heart-thumping, soul-stirring art, food and landscapes rivalled by few and coveted by millions.  It is considered to be a place where romance was created and when you visit this seductive place in the world, you just might agree!

Venice

A gondola ride in Venice is a mustGondolas4All unveiled its first wheelchair-friendly access point on March 11, where a crowd gathered to watch several wheelchair-bound people take a spin in an authentic boat.  The organization also created a special jetty that uses an automatic lift to make getting in to the unstable gondola easier.  This is a fantastic initiative as a Gondola ride in Venice is an iconic and romantic part of a vacation in Venice!  Travel for All fully supports this project and would love to add an accessible Gondola ride to your Venice vacation!
